On the 3rd dec we booked this hotel for my sister's wedding and yeah it was great. Good decoration, spacious hall and those 21 rooms were really helpful. There are still some chances of improvement in services and rooms but the hotel experience overall was really very good
Overall a good place for a couple of days' stay in Chhapra town. Situated nearby Chhapra Kachahri Station, this hotel offers quite a good experience in terms of the ambience, space and service. The only negative I could talk about is how small the washrooms were but overall, the rooms, lobby, parking area everything was spacious, well-maintained and appealing. Yes, they do have a basement parking area for your vehicles as well, elevator facility is also available. The lobby is spacious and the staff members are friendly and supportive. Good experience overall. Recommended for stays.
Well.. The service is not good, they didn't have extra pillow nor did they gave us the access to wifi
This place is in a narrow busy street. Unreachable by car. We stayed in winter, rooms were too cold. Even though we booked ac room, no heating in room. Staff were good. Bathroom was too narrow, couldn't sit on toilet. water was freezing cold.
