I usually refrain from giving negative reviews but this hotel needs to improve its standards. The rooms are horrible. There are stains on all the bedsheets and covers. Its dirty. Basic amenities are not provided. Horrible experience.

It was a wonderful experience for me with the awesome banquet hall the premium ambience and the staff were good the management was extremely good the best rooms not booked the room but the ambience was good

Location is convenient. Rooms are ok, but not well maintained and there was no cupboard. Housekeeping is not good; you have to be after them to get things done. Power supply is on and off. Water supply failed for an hour in the morning during our stay. Restaurant is good, but they open late. So, to get a cup of tea in the morning, you have to go out somewhere.

Rooms are very dirty and manager itself taking guest requirements lightly , behavior is also concern. If you are looking room in this budget pls see other option. Room service is not upto mark as per price too.rooms are very small no proper housekeeping support. Over all not recomended to stay here. Not to good for family or business person visit.

Extremely pathetic, bad service, rude staff, money digger, never book this at any cost

Great customer service, as usual. The food is always delicious but is improved over recent visits. It seems like the kitchen staff has added some new dishes to the breakfast option and the flavours are quite good. I always look forward to my visit to this hotel for family dinners and party. We have privilege of great location so everything is nearby. The rooms are near and clean. Happening places right next to the hotel. The hotel food is also amazing. Special mention of the laundry staff, for accepting my request for early delivery. She got it ready and delivered ahead of time. All in all a very Pleasant Stay.

Room services are very slow and bad. But staffs are soft spoken. In room cleaning is not appropriate as most of the corners were having spiders web and so many mosquitoes in room. Washroom is neat and clean and hot water is available. Staff own provided me electric kettle, which was very kind cooperation. Linens were clean but room size is normal and less spacious. Also wardrobes and shelfs were not maintained and dust were available at many places. Plus point to stay in this hotel is Domino's at ground floor and hotel owned restaurant which is providing good taste good in good quantity, but utensils quality is not good and complimentary breakfast is not good and found hair in aalo parothas. The only issue is late service and hard to contact restaurant for ordering. Also this hotel is far from the city center and is approx 6 km which seems so far due to bad condition of roads and less local but expensive conveyance.

Pathetic service. The elevator and water supply would be stopped after 12 midnight. Avoid at all costs.
