The hotel was located in the main market and the staff were friendly and the manager was very soft and helpful. we reached the property very late at night and the main gate of the hotel was closed so we dail with the manager , He received the phone very quickly and sent a man to open the door. we enjoyed our stay. The room service was good. One important thing to note is that towel provide us look very old ,they should change it .
Rooms are clean and the receptionist is a friendly person. Prices are a bit high and same thing applies for their restaurant so it's not value for money apart from this, even at night you can hear the noise of vehicles passing by due to the presence of the Market place nearby
The worst ever services I have come across during my stay between 1st and 3rd August, 2022. The basic facilities are so poor I had a bitter experience about the hotel. The in room contact facility (Telephone) is completely out of order causing great inconvenience to me such as contacting room service, housekeeping, reception etc etc... The system of geyser in the bathroom is of peculiar nature and an worst experience which I have not come across in any hotel during my life time. But overall the staff members at the front desk (Reception) are well behaved, courteous and gentle too.

*Average Stay It Was* Need to improve hotel service, I was staying here for 4 night, 1st day facing no water in bathroom at night. After given several call to reception they provide the water after 2-3 hours. The hotel food quality is need to improve.

Located at the heart of the city. Communication is excellent from this hotel. They are having a bar also. Rooms are not maintained well but somehow manageable looking into it's placement and staying cost.

Well appointed interiors. Nice dining experience. One small feedback: don't be surprised if patrons ask for tea or coffee at dinner. It is perfectly normal to have coffee or tea as a beverage at major meals, especially in some international cultures.
