They should improve the room's quality. Halls are very good and looks very heavy. The food is also amazing and reasonably priced.

Great stay. Clean room, clean bathroom, full functional AC and bathroom fixtures. Presuure in Washbin was good. Excellent staff kepping, asked for extra pillows at night 12pm they cam and gave. Complementary breakfast was good, menu was extremely limited but whatever provided was good in taste. The location is prime, just near supela, in the highway. Supela electronics market just 5 mint walk.
One of the best hotels for business meetings. Great food, supportive staff, nice arrangements. The reception, restaurant, meeting rooms are top notch. 3 big halls, nice kitchen staff, food is good.

Good Hotel with good foods but need to more improve like beds quality and cleanliness
Visited twice this place, first the restaurant food was average value for money good but poor service, need to increase number of staff members. Second visit was engagement ceremony booked a hall, again disappointed with the quality of service, decorating stage in front of us after arrival, not providing the service that were assured by hotel management during booking of hall. Overall experience was embarrassing in front of guests so next time i will not prefer this venue for organising my events.
