I had a disappointing experience from start to finish at this hotel. The booking process was problematic, as I initially requested a standard room but was told only deluxe rooms were available. I reluctantly booked a deluxe room, hoping for a more comfortable stay. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the room was no different from a standard one. Poor maintenance and lack of ventilation led to high humidity, making the room uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the staff displayed arrogance and were unhelpful when I raised my concerns. Overall, I cannot recommend this hotel.

*worst experience* Very poor behaviour on their part. When we arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. after making reservations for 4 rooms over the phone and paying for 2 of them in advance, they informed us that there were only 2 available and that we could either sleep in them or leave. We travelled more than 200 miles before stopping to rest, and this is how they behaved. On June 4, 2023, they blackmailed the consumer and displayed a hostile attitude towards them. I'm sure that you shouldn't utilise this room.

A Number One place to stay in the heart of the Calicut city. Situated just opposit to the KSRTC bus terminal close against the exist portion.

Hotel is good, but you will all sizes and types cockroaches everywhere in the room.

Decent budget hotel, paid 1400/- for one night ac room. Just opposite to ksrtc bus station. Rooms are clean, slow lift.

I recently stayed at Central Gate By Redmond Hotels, and I have to say I was thoroughly disappointed. The rooms were filthy, with stains on the bed and pillows. The wifi was excruciatingly slow, making it nearly impossible to get any work done. And to top it off, there was no hot water available. Overall, a terrible experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rooms are not neat, very congested and full of bugs.
