I recently had the misfortune of staying at this so-called "hotel," and it was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we stepped foot into the lobby, we were greeted with indifference by the staff. The receptionist seemed annoyed by our presence and showed no interest in providing any helpful information. Despite making an early booking, they still managed to bungle our room reservation. We specifically requested a room with a view, but instead, we were stuck in a dingy corner overlooking a back alley filled with garbage. When we raised this concern, the staff had the audacity to argue with us, as if we were being unreasonable in expecting the room we booked and paid for! To top it off, they claim laundry service is included, but then shamelessly tack on additional charges! It's a deceptive scam to rob unsuspecting guests. This hotel has shown a complete lack of respect for its guests, and I will certainly never set foot in this place again. Save yourself the headache and avoid this nightmare of a hotel at all costs!

When we complained about it, the staff had the audacity to argue with us, as if we were being unreasonable for expecting the room we had booked and paid for! To add insult to injury, they claimed laundry service was included, but then shamelessly added extra charges! It's a sneaky scam to rip off unsuspecting guests. This hotel has absolutely no respect for its guests, and I will never step foot in this place again, that's for sure. Save yourself the headache and avoid this nightmare of a hotel at all costs!

This is very best hotel. The rooms are AC installed. And well cleaned. The service is also very good. The location of the hotel is on prime location. From here Chinchwad Railway station is only 2 mins distance. Pimpri market is also very close from here. The Old Mumbai Pune Highway is also here. You can go to Mumbai Easily.

One of the worst experience was nothing but staying here, no room maintenance, leakage in bathroom,no wifi connection total unworthy for the money i paid. Is there any option below 1star if it is i will give that.

Good budget hotel for the money, nice location and staff willing to help. Food is just ok. Room and bathroom were surprisingly decently clean. I was in a non-AC room (it was not by choice, I missed reading the fine print while booking on MakeMyTrip)

Okayish hotel. For less budget peeps this hotel might be the one. The service was good but the quality of rooms and all is not that great. For extra bed they donot have mattress type bed, rather they just have normal cotton stuffed bed and that too we have to sleep on the ground unlike some other hotels where they have a portable bed type structure on which u put mattress and the height aligns with the master bedroom. There were cockroach and lizard in the room. The AC was good and was cooling very fast as we had taken the Standard AC room.

Not value for money. In delux rooms, many insects comes to sleep with you at night on the bed. shower was not working properly, lighting was not proper some lamps were broken. lift was also slow in opening and closing the door.

This hotel has shown a complete lack of respect for its guests, and I will certainly never set foot in this place again. Save yourself the headache and avoid this nightmare of a hotel at all costs!
