Everything is good except the service.. took more than 25min to get the lime juice and another 15min for the food. The waiters are all 50 plus old and physically unfit "Appachenmaar" with big belly moving like a tortoise ... for a hospitality business I don't know how can they even think about hiring such people.. customers need to see fit young smart polite energetic talents not some old unfit lazy people.. I had to stop and stay at kottayam in the middle of a trip due to a personal emergency. The time was 4.00 in the morning and the hotel people ensured my check-in was smooth and setup everything up for me and my family pretty fast. We stayed there until the next morning. The overall stay was comfortable. Food in the restaurant as well as in the room was great, fast and economic. Overall a pleasant experience. The only feedback is that room cleanliness could have improved as there was some dust in the furniture.
Hotel Ceasar notably is at a prime spot. It has everything at a walkable distance. The ambience is lovely. The location is perfectly spotted. The food, staff and hotel itself has a great value...There are many options in kottayam however Caesar palace is budget friendly and gives good vibes as well

One of the Best Hotels in the Kottayam city area. They got a big parking space; enough space to park for the people if attending a party or meeting there. The room size is smaller and the outside view from the windows is not very great. Room size is more than enough for a single person.

Went to the restaurant . Prawn was good. Porotta was very dry,25 irs for one. Earlier it was well made,don't know what happened Pork also not good,just average. Before the new set up the food was excellent .Hope they fix it.
Didnt stay at the hotel. Had the experience of using their conference hall. Easily accommodated 50 people. Good ambience. Great parking space. And the food tasted good.
