Hotel Caveri Comfort Inn - Hotel in Madikeri - Kodagu, India

Very badly maintained hotel. They kept asking for more money, and later found out that they charged us more than what they had advertised online. They charged as double clearly we mentioned the guy in the hotel at the time of booking room we clearly asked about checkout time and the counter boy mentioned that we can checkout at 7pm the next day and we will be charged for one day. But at the time of checkout they are mentioning they're are charging for a full day after 12 o'clock which they did not inform earlier and they clearly denied words of their own employees. And kept saying "you should have known about this! " The in the reception was very rude and impolite. Worst experience.

I have booked non AC delux room for my 2 days stay. Location wise good for short stay while traveling. Room was clean and bathroom was also cleaned. This property is quite old however the behaviour of the staffs are very good. They are also having a good area for packing of lots of vehicles.There are no balcony, each of the room having common passage cum balcony area which might have problems for personal stay with family and childrens. Rest are all okay. My rating is 4 star for all facilities.

Very bad non maintained room no good service and no wifi.. if we asked for wifi the hotel staff said that there is no recharge and room charge prices change accordingly

Hotel is very old. TV is not working. Staff is not supportive and courteous. Not even water bottle. Towels are giving bad odour, blankets on the bed are torn. Hot water is there but take more than 30 mins. Not sufficient lighting in corridors. Asked hotel staff for madanapatti Jeep safari. They confirmed booking. We were at reception at 5:15AM reception guy called the tour operator. He said mandal patti was closed. I took my car and went to the place where tour starts. It was operating I visited. This is one example of showing their negligence. My trip went well.

Rooms not worth the price quoted. Not maintained well. Overall, we skipped the complementary breakfast as we did not feel comfortable eating in that atmosphere

Rooms are very worst most of the walls are effected with fungus, rooms are so dark natural light is very low nearly impossible for the light to reach last rooms in ground floor, they charge for every thing, and worst experience we had as we requested for extra bed they charge half of the room price given worst condition matters I can't explain in detail as if we don't have words to explain the condition, as we traveled in peek time so we don't have options to choose best space, and with out having any option we had choosen this ghost hotel.

good Budget hotel. but the rooms was good and spacious. in terms of service and other things was very good. don't expect view from room .as it's located in middle of the city so. and . good behaviour of staff. .car parking space is very good . my rating is 4 in 5 . specious room ,Balcony, Market nearby, we can explore on the local market , and our favourite hotel Coorg cuisine is very nearby. walkable distance.

Good rooms for lesser price.
