Hotel Castle Rock - Hotel in Mount Abu - Sirohi, India

If you are looking for location than only its good place but other than that no such thing is good about the hotel, rooms doesn't not have any kind of privacy. Staff is OK. Food is not good. Overall it was not at all comfortable stay. We had planned for 2 days but just after spending one night at this hotel we shifted to another hotel. I would say it you are planning with family than it is not worth.

I had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Castle Rock in Mount Abu recently, and it was an absolutely delightful experience to stay in their deluxe rooms. The location of this hotel is impeccable, nestled amidst the serene beauty of Mount Abu. It offers a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life, making it a perfect retreat for relaxation and rejuvenation. Each meal was a delightful and happy with food quality. The hotel staff were exceptionally courteous and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met promptly.

If you are: 1. Going in a group of males only to drink and are fine with ambient noise that comes from others drinking and playing loud music on speakers until 5 in the morning in the common area (which is just outside everyone's room) 2. Fine using bathrooms with glass walls and only 2 curtains to cover the entire toilet (spoiler alert: 2 curtains are not enough) 3. Fine with flush not working properly and poop keep getting back after multiple attempts from your group and staff 4. Fine with only 2 items in breakfast despite paying a bomb for (nothing to look forward to) property and rooms 5. Fine with assurance from the staff that people come here for such things only and telling you that you arrived in the evening and all rooms are full so we can't do anything about your family's situation with kids Then you have come to the right place.

One of the best place to stay in Mount Abu. The room size and the rooms are soo good. Also their food and taste was nice. The most I like about this hotel is their view. Hotel was placed a bit high place. So view from hotel is really great. Also the environment was clam and lovely.

Location of property is nice in the nature. Rooms are good but no privacy in washroom, there is transparent glass between room n washroom with white dirty curtains. This is a cottage type property, you can not get a hotel like facilities. In Deluxe rooms 1. Almira not available in rooms, you can't hang your clothes. 2. No table and not a single chair available in room. 3. They do not provide washroom slippers. 4. No intercom available, you need to go and search staff for each room service. 5. Wi-Fi is not for rooms n there is no good mobile network. They only have Wi-Fi near payment area. 6. They only take cash for restaurant orders and check out payments. 7. Unprofessional staff. One should not book this property online, you should visit first and decide as per above feedback.

View of hotel is awesome and the staff was very kind and they feel us like home, I visited Mount Abu many times and stayed in many hotels but this hotel experience is awesome, very friendly staff and very beautiful view from hotel outdoor.

If you are travelling with family..it is the worst hotel you ever imagine...no privacy in rooms...no exaust fan in toilets.....toilet not working properly....no telephone system to communicate with staff ...there are two curtains instead of four between the room and toilet.your children can saw you easily while bathing...no cattle...nothing like other hotels provide at same rate....only two items in breakfast.....and last thing one cant beleive.they people have only one caseroll to serve.....apko yahan ke breakfast mein mosquitos milenge ..un professional staff..... Make sure u have very good driving skills otherwise u cant reach to the hotel..it is just 75 degree slope..... Overall very bad experience ....

Location is very cozy with comfortable atmosphere. Food and service is good.
