Avoid taking accommodation here, either by person or booking via website. This isn't an ideal place to stay. They have issues with AC and fans and they tend to stall you further by giving lame excuses.
Try other hotels in area but definitely not this one.
Had to get a refund and leave because of all this.

It's a nice budget hotel. I had booked AC SUPER DELUXE Room. The room provided does not have much extra space. The room has a standard double bed with a nice comfortable blanket and two pillow. Other things includes a chair, cupboard, a LED/LCD TV and a small table.
Few of the rooms also have a small balcony of about 70 x 47 inches.The size of the bathroom is nearly same as that of balcony.
Room service for food is available. Provides hot water service. Not very popular among the rickshaw drivers so, had to use Hotel Ganapati as the landmark. A little congested in space. Provides extra bed with extra rupees 300 charges. Overall service was very satisfactory.
Pros:
1. Hardly 5 minutes walking distance from Habibganj railway station.
2. Manger is well behaved.
3. Food is available on call.
4. All facilities are nearby. [including food, medical & transport]
Cons:
1. Staff drinks at night. NOT SAFE.
2. Although the ambiance is good, but amenities need maintenance.
3. Not a smoke free zone. Smell of smoking & alcohol is evident in corridors.
4. Rooms were a bit smaller to my expectations.
I won't recommend a only women/girls, single or in group to stay. Otherwise, this is a nice place to stay.
The stay was fine. It's a complete fine hotel. Don't expect much given its price. The landline was not working in my room and despite multiple complaints it was not fixed. Not a big issue for me but it could be for some travellers. The room and bathroom were clean, which is a must for me.
