Nice one hotel in bhatinda city this location is very much from athor hotel and staff is very politely behavior

Staff behaviour is very bad. Room is so dirty, as per room looking condition last 6 and above month no room cleaning. Bath room is bad condition unhygienic both room. When room is open and inside the room enter cigarette small in entire room. I inform the room servant but no take any action as say room fresheners no available and buy this hotel. No bedsheets available in the room for sleeping purpose when I ask the receptionist the provide very bad condition bad sheet. As per room booking condition I pay the breakfast service. When I I inform the room servant 6:00 Am plz provide the breakfast before the 7:00 Am. He say only tea available no breakfast serve before the 8:00AM. When you not provide the breakfast then why u take the extra money breakfast charge......When I refuse to no take the breakfast. ..Hotel owner is so good and polite Lenguage use and request me plz take the breakfast in the hotel, and ask me plz just talk with the receptionist. Then receptionist front on the owner call use bad Lenguage and rudely behave no any fear the owner no talking manners, no a customer ethicates. So very bad experience in this hotel in my life. So I suggest and recommend no use this hotel for stay purpose. Because no cleaning G no hygiene, no customer service, no room service, staff bad manners, etc. In the hotel...

Room is very bad condition TV not workingbed mattress in pathetic conditionin washroom no soap and shampootowels are not washed like 1 month very small no dustbin availablecockroach and antwalking on bed

Yes I definitely recommend this hotel to other my friends and travellers. easy to access. just walking distance from Railway station. very good location neat and clean rooms. kind behaviour all staff members of the hotel. very relexable and enjoyable experience

it is a good hotel to stay very easy to locate near to railway station staff is really good rooms are small but clean. Near to main market and railway station and mode of local transport is very easily available.
