Hotel Casa Meridian - Hotel in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

The experience was average. Rooms were clean but proper vantilation was not there. They are giving only two water bottles and for rest of the bottles they are charging I did not get one thing that if anyone is staying in your hotel for 2-3 days, will two bottle of water be enough?

I have visited many hotels and this remains one of the worst hotel I have ever visited. Behaviour of the receptionist in the night shift is annoying and no proper response is given. When they provided extra bed they are asking the charge at 10 pm itself. Although I insisted multiple times that I will settle in checkout they doesn't listen. Rooms are not cleaned properly and amenity are not maintained properly.

1 star is the minimum rating you can give to this place, it does not even deserve that. Pathetic service, people don't even understand the meaning of spoons and forks. They don't have plates or cutlery to provide to their customers. If you ask them for tea or towels or anything they cut the call. The rooms are smelly and unhygienic. There are a lot of hotels in the same range. Please go for something else

Located on a calm road with plenty of four wheeler parking place at the cellar. A C Party hall is neatly maintained and can accommodate 150-180 persons. A seperate dining hall is available adjacent to it. A nice place for small functions.

As per hotel tarriff, hotel management was very pathetic,non of electrical sockets were working,Tv not working, condition of bedroom room was not up to mark,no glass,etc , for every thing one has to struggle,so I would not suggest to any one to book this hotel at the high tarriff

Very nice hospitality by Service STAR Mrs. Punitha ,she even guided for various places nearby mysore... Pleasant stay at the hotel

*** AVOID *** It is a 1000 rs per night room that they r charging four times from us. Pretty average for the price. The price is 3.6+GST per night and for that it is a poor place. Lethargic service at most times. No breakfast. They buy from.local vendor outside and supply. Room conditions is average at best. No bill provided on checkout. Ordinary parking. If u can, a place to avoid with the price they r asking.

We walked into this hotel in the evening and got a good, cost-effective deal directly. But roof staff failed to provide electric kettle and towels after frequent reminders. Good property, but bad service makes it an avg experience. Got great Pub and restro at walking distance Management: Please improve on in-house service, and u could do wonders.
