Hotel Casa Aishbagh - Hotel in Lucknow - Lucknow, India

One of the most pathetic hotel I have stayed in as per the price offered by hotel. Following points are noteworthy:- 1. In rooms towels was not available. On asking for it, single bathing towel was given for 2 guests. 2. No water available in cabin. 2 water bottles is basic for any hotel. 3. Food on order was full of oil, further we were forced to order things which were available and was in menu of the marriage function hotel was hosting. 4. No slippers in cabin in cold weather. 5. No bathroom mat/ room carpet for wiping feet. 6. To get hot water hotel staff has to throw 6 bucket of cold water. I felt it was criminal to throw water like that. 7. Hotel chargers 4400 rupees for room with breakfast and 3500+ GST for room without breakfast. Breakfast buffet which has poha , sandwichs and chole bhature and some fruits only. It is too overpriced.

Went to book a banquet hall at Hotel CASA Aishbagh. The staff wasn't very professional It felt like they weren't interested in helping customers, and talking to them took a long time. They need to improve these things for a better experience.

Good hotel located at the central of place of Lucknow city. There is adequate parking space. The staff is good they provide good service. Food quality is also good. There is a big hall for small function and party. Interior of the hotel is fantastic. There is an open restaurant as well.

Thank you for your Quick response. I was attended by Sumit on 23/11/2023. I found the communication among the staff to be quite slow. Sumit didn't have a proper register or laptop for necessary information, and unfortunately, he didn't bother to call us back with the details we needed. I hope this feedback helps in making improvements.

They charge water bottle 50 rupees which has print on it of amount 25. Along with this they add gst too. Snacks were very bad and had hairs on it. I don't know how people come here and eat. Staff is stubborn and is not at all friendly. I got here with my family and was very disappointed.

Ambience was peaceful with excellent vibes .. Tasty Food was served with excellent service.. Hotel is quite undiscovered.. Management needs to focus on branding exercise like happy hours, fixed lunch rates and publicity

The Hotel atmosphere and Ambiance is very peaceful, full of greenery and royal look as well!! Luxurious decoration and theme. Bar and restaurant is good but service and hospitality management should be improved need professionalism. House keeping and room service need to work for quick and professional attitude. Overall good

Got much more than expected. Rooms were big with all basic amenities. Property was well maintained . Right from checkin, to food , room service , staff behaviour , checkout all was upto the mark . Had food , lunch and dinner at their restaurant and food was served fresh and with amazing taste though prices are bit high . Special thanks and appreciate for the chef . Last but not the least special thanks to front desk Manager Ms Ankita Tripathi , who managed everything so well and was very helpful and courteous . It was nice and comfortable hotel to stay and value for money .
