Excellent!! We were family, with 2 kids , stayed for a night but the experience was great..! The staff is very courteous n co operative.. Management is up to the mark.. Rooms were well maintained and spacious. They offered us suit room at good deal Management staff was xtra helpful for serving breakfast before the scheduled time as we were obliged to leave early.. Overall a very nice experience.. There wishing us Happily New Year on Diwali Padawa morning was really heartwarming

The stay there was very bad. We stayed there for one night for a wedding and we came back that night to find 3 roaches in our room. The next day before we left we found 3 more roaches in our room. There roaches in almost every room as we booked the whole hotel. The rooms are poorly maintained and they only gave us a small discount for the inconveniences. The housekeeping guy told us a bunch of lies about how the roaches got there and wouldn't tell us the truth until he left.

This time I feel the need to write a review (normally I just review with stars). The hotel on the ouside shows nice, the inside of the building is stylish. BUT, the toilets of the restaurant, the hotel rooms are DIRTY. The service by the people is much TOO LOW; just by being active and co-operative with eachother, better service would be possible. Final vote: bad experience not worth to visit again.

Stayed at Hotel Carrefour Patan and had an overall good experience. The service was friendly, the room was clean, food is also amazing and the location was convenient. Would consider staying here again.

Good place to dine with family and friends. We had ordered sizzler and it was delicious I suggest to must try . The food quality, staff service and overall environment is excellent. Worth place to dine.

This place is super cool. The location is easy to find. Rooms are well maintained. The quality and quantity of food is just too good. Out of all the staff people are very polite and helpful. If I had to visit again I will chose the same hotel again.

We had a very good experience at this hotel during our stay.The rooms were clean and tidy including the bathroom. Manager and staff are cooperative and humble. Location wise it is great as Modhera Sun Temple is under 30 kms from this place and Rani ki Vav is approx 5 kms away. It is located on the most happening street of Patan.
