Hotel Carnival Diu (Pure Veg.) - Hotel in Fudam, Diu - Diu, India

Recently i booked this hotel and Pathetic behaviour done by manager. Behaving like a beggar. If you ask for water they told to go down and take it by your own..if you want towel then also you have to pay extra money. Also shouting on you tell us to leave hotel again and again.

The owner is too greedy .. we booked two rooms in the hotel on janmashtami (saturday sunday),as soon as we arrived they said if you want you can cancel the room just to earn more money from on spot bookings. They didn't had place for drivers too. The food was third class. The staff and the owner were very unprofessional. The washrooms were too dirty and not at all clean.overrall don't waste your money here it's not even worth a 1000 rs

We had paid 6000 rupees as we were not able to find any other hotels on the next day we had a fight to take, because of that reason we don't had any other options . Room was good, Bathroom was neat and clean but for this price point it is not matching at all. In the morning before checking out from the hotel, we got locked on the room. By the help of hotel staff we were able to get out from that room. Coming to the restaurant, in the morning most of the dishes were not available and we had 2 plate puri bhaji and 2 cup of cold chai which cost us 330 rupees and in the afternoon we had Steam rice and Panner butter masala, it tastes so bland as such there was no taste. Staffs were good as well. But i will say again for 6000 it was not worth at allll.

we stayed at this hotel on 16th of May2023. We were alloted deluxe room on 3rd floor which had water on the surface . They cleaned when asked. When we started AC of the room some bad smell surrounded the room. when asked they changed our room . Another room also had watery surface. bathroom window had no lock . Room was also not clean . Room mats were very dirty. Only thing which was good was view from balcony. Overall not a pleasant stay.

Find good room, co operative staff, Food is Tasty n Nice, pure veg is best part. I recommend

The staff of this hotel is not properly directing the clients while booking. They talk rudely to their clients not proper guidance given by them. So I will not recommend you to stay over here.
