Once upon a time it was the best hotel in the City. But over the time everything has deteriorated. The entry to the hotel is irritating as the approach is crowded with vendors and passenger seeking vehicles. Reception is unimpressive. Food is highly overpriced and tastes poor. Only good thing is staff of this hotel are nice and they always try to make your stay comfortable with their limited resources. It seems that the hotel owners have completely given up to other nearby hotels which have been renovated to excellence.
We were here for 1 day. The rooms are luxurious and the food is amazing. Hotel staff treated us like their friends. Best hotel in palanpur.
Overall food quality is good and room service is good The location is near to the highway so it is easy to check in and checkout

Good place for stay. Rooms are so clean and neat. Staff is good and helpful. Their service are very good and fast. Worth it to stay here.... Food is so delicious... I haven't try all the dishes they serve but I tried Manchurian it was soooo delicious overall it's good and nice place to stay.
