No hygiene and washroom is not soooo good under the bed so many plastic bottle and dust present under bed and walls are crack

I had a good experience staying in this guest house. The staff was very helpful and supporting. I'm on crutches and needed to take medicine. They supported me with my requests and stored my luggage upon check out. I was a single travelling woman - they personel was all male but I felt very safe at all times- they were very polite and respectful. We also had a good chat over a chai and biscuits. It's a 2 star hotel, so set your expectations around the hotel rating. Hot water and internet available. Affordable price, matching the area pricing.

Worst Room Bathroom.. Everything worst people should avoid this Hotel. For 2 chai they are taking 40rs in 10rs cup and for chicken thali they are taking 200..which i bought from near hotel in 160 even two guys have different price for food Even tha staff are not good towards customer.. I stay one day. I check out at 9 though check out is 12.. please guys dont go this Hotel

Towels and bedsheets were not provided. And we had to pay 50% later because he said he will change our room, but he kept asking for the money and have fake excuses. I asked for a complimentary water bottle which is provided by every hotel, he said rudely on taking room for 2000rs. Don't expect free water bottle.

i stayed for 2 days. got the worst worst experience.Tv cable connections, tube light, geyser was not functioning, they dont care abt it and not co operative towards customers at all even after complianing abt it, i had to stay in dark for 2 days, staff is very arrogant, i had to catch flight early in the morng, so i intimated staff to make hot water available in time, but they dont know the time value when somebody has to reach airport in time, they were all slept till i myself awakened them. as the time was running out i had to take bath with cold water in winter and they could never provide me hot water till i check out. rooms are not that clean, room service is very poor, i will suggest never stay in this hotel. i will rate it 1/ 10

The hotel staff was very supportive. They have allowed me to check-in at 4.30AM. The location of the hotel is very nice. You can see the main entrance of New Delhi railway station from the main door of hotel. It is just 100 meters far from the station. overall nice place for travel stay.

Only advantage is it is walkable from railway station. Otherwise you have to climb a narrow stairs along with your luggage, small rooms, untidy, staff is OK OK, not very hosting environment. I will suggest this hotel for a short stay with less luggage.

Poor condition of rooms. Uncleaned bedsheets. Jammed water in toilet floor. Door locks are poor. Stiff stairs. Staffs overcharged during checkout.
