Pros: At prime location. Near to BRTS lane bus stop and intercity Bus ticking booking office.Good for one person staying alone for short time.Cons: picture shown for reference of the room and the one provided were two different rooms. There was a Lizard in the room. Geyser was not working. AC stopped working in the midnight. We asked for 2 plates and spoon on day 1 and on day 2 we gave it back to get another one and they washed it and gave it back to us (steel plates and spoons) which was also all wet. Not sure if they have used any soap to wash it or not because there was no smell of soap.Not worthy of the amount paid for the stay.They gave us one towel and one small Rs5 medimix soap for two people. No other toiletries.They knocked at our door at 11 PM asking for room service and barged in the room without even taking any permission. And the guy took complete room tour with his eyes and took the trash and went back.
Value for Money, Coopreative staff. Clean Rooms Peaceful atmosphere for staying two to three daysss.
It only cashes upon the location, else it is not even worth a look inside. Shared pics of broken things in the washroom of our so called room for 1-night. Pathetic smelly rooms of dampness, saggy mattresses, noisy neighbourhood voices and from nearby in-house kitchen. Leaky taps, wet washroom and broken soap case. The only good thing is that it is in market area.

The hotel is located right opposite to Star Bazar BRTS stand. Excellent connectivity. The maintenance is poor. There are no windows in room and ventilation is poor. The furniture is dilapidated and stench is unbearable in rooms. There were cockroaches in the room. The plumbing is old. Rooms are very small. Only recommended to business travellers for a very short stay just because of its excellent location. Parking is not available, mini fridge, almirahs, electric kettles not available in rooms.

Worst hotel I ever come across, poor management to help us leaking rooms and no courtesy to understand customer point of view. Even OYO is also useless in handling complaints. Booked 3 beds ended up sleeping in one bed due to flood in the room.
