Third class mindset. Not even providing dental kit and Tea kits as a complimentary. Which is very low cost products. But Hoel is charging for for the same. At the same time they are charging very high for food. Service Staff was good. But Manager was not good. He was only talking about their rules that we don't provide this. Every hotel provide this small things as a complimentary.
Superb hotel and restaurant is good wth delicious menu and staff r very good andvroom r clean and close to station rate r affordable and easy to connect to bus stand and clise to shopping area. Value fr money and staff r helpful breakfast is good
The most wrost manager ever I seen in my career of stay, they even don't allow to meet with the person. I suggest each and everyone not to visit this hotel and also don't book from any of the booking sites.
very near to railway station, clean and big room, good ambiance, cooperative staff, I filled the food quality aren't like previous, now detoriat need to improve. overall good, I always recommend to my friend.
The stay was good but 2 services that I didn't like were 1: They charged me rs. 20 for dental kit. The dental kit is supposed be kept in the bathroom and should be complimentary. No hotel ever charges for dental kit, not even any 1 star or 5star hotel charges for it and as an ex- hotelier i know it. 2: There was no hot water in the bathroom. I turned the knob bith sides as told by the receptionist but it didn't work and what happened was i had to take bath with cold water in winters and got sore throat early in the morning. The staffs were humble and welcoming. It was overall good stay..It was good.
One the best Hotel with good satff and facility. Previously i want to book Sagar but due to unavailability i booked cambean and it is best hotel and neat and clean bed toilet. Go for it every time.

A good restaurant near durg railway station, the food is good and the prices are reasonable. I have only tried the non - veg side of the menu so can't comment about the veg menu. But whenever i want to eat non-veg this is one of the place i go. More
