We had the loveliest time here. Rooms were beautiful, cozy and very clean. It's perfect for a mini gateway amongst the green and the nature. Our rooms were surrounded by greenery - very cute, calm and peaceful. BUT what made the stay truly special was the staff and their hospitality. So special mention to the receptionist and the helpers who were very kind and took care of us. You guys are doing great, well done:)
Cleanliness levels were just okayish, the rooms had visible wear and tear, and there was no geyser in the bathroom. Hot water would come with the help of solar only in the morning hours, so that's a huge negative.
Very good budget hotel near to Imagica Surrounding is beautiful and good access. Loved my free breakfast. Staff is very caring.

Very bad service. Untidy rooms. Requested them to clean room and went out and came back after 5 hours but it was not cleaned. In morning requested for tea even after 30mins tea was not ready. Had book deluxe rooms but there was no television nor ac was working even after informing them.
Unhygienic rooms, No Pillow Covers, given used bedsheets, Ac not Working, ambience of the room is pathetic. Needs a renovation at urgent. Avoid booking this hotel if other better options are available.
