Hotel Cabana - Hotel in New Delhi - Central, India

A decent hotel for a quick stay near the New Delhi Railway/Metro station in Paharganj. The rooms were very ordinary, but the service was way below average for the rates and in comparison to others in the area. Had we not been in such a fire need for a few rooms immediately we probably wouldn't have stayed there. If you need a receipt for your payment and stay make your you talk about it in the initial negotiation else they'll ask you to pay the GST later if you ask for a receipt.

Nice hotel clean rooms, good experience, but room service is very slow, clean washrooms Rooms are clean.

There are couple of things that I would like to highlight from my stay in this hotel. 1) It's way too over priced for the rooms and services they have. 2) Rooms are extremely small, there was no space to walk comfortably. It was dirty, there were fungus on the walls, bed sheets, pillow covers and curtains had stains and hair here and there. The ash tray had cigarette ashes. Bed was not comfortable. Toilet was stinking and wasn't cleaned. 3) They don't even provide complimentary water bottles. 4) And the locality isn't great either, we had a hard time getting a cab from Delhi junction railway station. We couldn't get any cab for an hour as all of the cab drivers cancelled on us when they heard of the locality, finally we had to take e-rickshaw which was a nightmare altogether. For 5kms ride it took us an hour, as they are not allowed to take the same route as cabs and other vehicles. P.S. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you are paying 2k for a room, we expect better quality of rooms and services.

Worst experience!! They demand extra payment during check out!! One of the worst hotel to stay in Delhi for tourits!!!!!!!!!! DONT EVEN COMSIDER IT PLS!!!

Superb quality service experience excellent and Delicious food and a good parking space

Rooms are ordinary bathrooms hooks were broken,tv is not working.low maintenance and Ac making noise in night.Too over rated priced for rooms.

Stay away, this is those kind of hotels where they try to take advantage of your situation and and will cheat you in all possible way. We arrived last night around 4am after 3 hrs of delay with flight with a small kid and heavy luggage. We were forced to find a room as the room we booked in another hotel was cancelled. The taxi guy took us to this horrible hotel, and they quickly showed us the only room available and quoted the tariff as 1800, after they asked for 2016 including the tax. Then when I asked for water the room boy got me 2 half liters bottle, asked me 50 rs to pay. We slept only for 4 hours woke up feeling itchy all over the body. I just wanted to check out and get a better hotel. While checking out, the manager asked me to pay 360 extra as gst At this point I was completely shocked and disappointed and I said I won't pay a rupee more to someone who sell a room for 2000/- with a broken flash and no hygiene. Just stay away from this hotel.

Worst staff ever specially night staff manager. Very rude with the customers. I suggest to everyone please don't waste your money and time. My wife got some health concerns so we told them before .that we want peaceful environment around room and hygiene. But the. Night manger who said his name is (rabana )was talking soo rude . And raise his voice unnecessary to us .please aware .my concern is not to scare people but to aware that being a customer I must know my rights .and hotel management team must know their rights as well . He was not accepting his mistake that being a manger he must know what is happening in the hotel.Till3 pm in the night people are having hukkas in their room with the door open . Loud music .loud swearing loud laugh .. everywhere suffocated only I can say is( this is india) .because of some stupid people .they are the one who are making india worst .people feel scared to visit .in india .
