I'm am not at all happy with my 3day stay here with my family. The place was so dirty, the sheets were changed only after several requests. The man at the reception was not helpful, he paid nil attention to our complains. Had no idea whom to complain as we could only find this 1man at reception all the time. Ones we decided to dine but we were charged double claiming that the menu is old. I would say these guys are fraud.

Worst ever managed hotel. Rooms were completely dirty, lots of cockroaches were ter, room was full of dust. You will be lucky if you have water in your toilet. Behavior of staff is ridiculous

Inside room is decent. Cot is big for 3 members. Suitable only for bachelor's and not for family. This hotel is situated in highway and not inside the city. The bed spread and bedsheets need to be washed for other occupants, it smells sweat. Local bar is in the basement so family members will feel not OK. This hotel doesn't have lift so beaware of luggage's. But hotel service boy abhisheik is very friendly in carrying the luggage's up and down.

The Hotel rooms are good with nice bed and bathroom. Though power failure was there many times. and at the morning no water was in the pipe that day. But got it right within half an hour. There is a bar right down stairs. And a family veg restaurant next to it. Within 100m you can find a super market, auto stand and also a bus stop. The malpe beach is 6km from here. There are few good hotels around this place.

Bad service, clean less rooms , drivers rest room not available here.

All basic things were either missing or defective. 1. No soap or towels were provided. only after asking, a soap was provided at 8 pm where as we checked in at 10 AM 2. No dustbin in the room 3. A single bedsheet blanket was provided initially. upon asking they provided another blanket. These little things should be taken care by default. 4. Not even a single tap in the washroom was functioning properly. Just To fill a bucket of water, it took almost 6 to 7 minutes every time. These are the most basic things one would expect from any hotel.

Room service is good. AC was not working but they tried to fix it. Yet they were polite. If you have your own vehicle then it is better and cheaper.
