This is a good Hotel . The behavior of the owner was very polite . Best Hotel . Best of luck . In future , when we will go to Guwahati , we always stay in this Hotel. There are transport facility in ac tiago car . Thank you . Waiting for valuable reply of the Hotel manager or owner .

It is a good and reasonable place to stay. The rooms are clean. Though in Police Bazar but a bit far from station and bus stand. Room service isn't that good.

Not recommended at all. Dirty toilets, rude behaviour of manager and unnecessary expensive food. You'll find way more better hotels and good service at this cost. We did a mistake paying in advance and after seeing the bathroom we decided to checkout but the manager refused to refund our money so we had no other option but to stay.

These people look at you like an ATM instead of customers. They will charge you half the amount if you check in the morning before 10am. The price is too high if you look at the condition of the room. The bedsheets are stained not changed and the blanket is utterly disgusting. The bathroom lock is broken and the food is sure expensive and also there is no free breakfast or free wifi. Lies and fraudsters. Worst regret ever. Lol not to forget such bad ventilation the room i mean every room smells of Cigarette smokes and will give you cancer even if you are a non smoker. I just had the worst experience of my life here.

Location : Good Front Office : Helpful and supportive Check in / Check out : Smooth Room Service : Good Rooms : Rooms are avg size with moderately lit but ventilation was below avg ( the room is stayed ) ; lacks basic amenities like , no complimentary bottle of water, no tea maker , no newspaper provided in room which are very basic now a days and comparing the Room charges these should have been provided. In room dining : service was good without delay. Hot water : Not geyser in washroom . Very annoying that I had to call the reception everytime I needed hot water. Seems they maintain the power ON/OFF switch at their own discretion !!! Very very annoying and irritating. They then switch on the geyser ( which must be common for all rooms). Restaurant / Complimentary Breakfast : This needs immediate attention. I had booked complimentary Breakfast and was very disappointed ! they served cold food every day ! I had to push them hard to serve hot but to no avail. The challenge is they dont have buffet breakfast ... instead they have fixed menu and serve on table. Overall : You can have better hotel at this price ! but given the location this can also be availed.

Worse service, I have booked a deluxe room for my elderly parents, they have asked for an extra amount for early check-in, we also fine because we are 5 hours early. First they provide a single room which is not good and very small, promised to change to the actual room booked around 12 noon. Later they refused to do so and we took lot of efforts to get the room changed but went in vain, the people on duty are cooperative but Manager is not willing to change the room, we ended up staying in the same small and dirty room until we check out in the next day morning. they still charged Rs500 for early check-in. We felt this is not the way to treat the customers, so poor rating. Poor service.

Good hotel at the cheap cost. Room is spacious. Room service is good. But I have some advice for the management. Take care of the odour in the room before giving it to customer. Discard bed sheets which have stained and buy some clean bedsheets. Give ashtray to every room. Check every locks in every room and change if needed. Think management is seeing my post.
