Hotel Bright - Hotel in New Delhi - New Delhi, India

The entrance was very narrow and stinky smell right at the entrance door of the motel. The blankets and pillow covers are stinking. Overall the aura of the motel makes you feel like you are in slum. Only positive is the guy at the front desk is very polite.

The entrance to the hotel is a little narrow. Rooms are normal, showers have hot water but the shower curtain is short so water leaks outside. Wi-Fi speed is fast and there is no limit to the number of devices, which is helpful. However, the music from a nearby bar is loud at night. I recommend bringing earplugs. You may also want to bring slippers to wear in your room. Overall, the location is good for getting around with the subway, shopping, and dining, and the staff is very helpful.

It is located at outer circle in CP. I didn't stay here but a friend of mine did, before he was leaving he called me and other 3 friends for a small party in his room and I was the 1st one to reach and as he was taking me inside the manager stopped him and said him call girls are not allowed. Which is very disrespectful as a girl and at that time he didn't tell me anything and we all went to other place but later when I went back home my friend asked him how can he Judge a person like that he apologised to him and said girls in general are not allowed only boys are allowed because of G20 and if girls are coming we have to give all the details to police. Idk if that's a rule or not but in general I just felt very disrespectful.

Worst experience in my all travel hotel.narrow space .torn carpet, broken door handles ,no warm water in the bathroom.rude staff .no breakfast after paying amount. Worst. won't recommend to anyone.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in my life. Dirty, rundown room, no amenities, blackish towels, breakfast not ready at 8.30, loud music upstairs till midnight, I am sure I won't stay here again in my life!

As the name says, decorative hotel with bright interior and you will have bright vides too. Food is also awesome with good quality service with affordable price.

It's in Fabulous Location ... Hotel is in beautiful place and also people are very kind and supportive Had a great time here ....Looking forward to visit again

booked this hotel by seeing the photos and location, as its located in cp. checked in to the hotel at around 0930 pm 13 dec 2022. so, let me describe about the ambience and location first. you will have to climb approx. 25-30 narrow stairs to reach till there reception area.(imagine if you are traveling with heavy bags). wait, before reaching to reception, you will have a beautiful view of a junkyard type place on the right hand side of the entrance. Their reception area looks more like a cheap place and the behavior of reception staff prove it right too. the behaviour of staff is so unprofessional and rude that we had never witnessed in any hotel before. then coming to the condition of room. room was so less spacious and its like not properly ventilated and you can feel tha dampness and moisture smell too. location of rooms is such that if anyone is talking at reception then u can clearly hear them word to word and vice versa . So, after this all we decided to check out within one hour. infact we just checked in and checked out after having dinner in some good restaurant in cp. overall this place is not recommended at all. they have only one cons - that it's situated in cp but better u do some research work and try to find some very good hotels in cp even in cheaper prices. we booked almost all hotels in our trip to darjelling and gangtok and none of them were so disappointing.
