Hotel Bright Heritage- Fort Kochi - Hotel in Kochi - Ernakulam, India

Hotel Bright Heritage exceeded my expectations. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive especially the manager. He has gone extra miles to help me in surprising my spouse on her special day. The rooms were clean and comfortabl. The hotel's central location made exploring the city convenient. The on-site restaurant served delicious local cuisine. I would highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.

Hotel Bright Heritage is located at the heart of Fort Kochi, at the distance of around 44 kilometers from Kochi International Airport. The hotel is well connected by bus, cab and autoricksaw. Almost all the major tourist attractions are located nearby. The hotel has a good ambience. It is clean and well-maintained. The members of the Managing committee are very courteous and responsive. The staffs are also polite, friendly and helpful. The hotel houses a rooftop restaurant which provides delicious food items on a reasonable rate. The only disadvantage is that there is no lift in the hotel. But it's only three-storey high and the stairs are not very steep. So, one can easily take the stairs to reach the top floors. Overall, the rate, location and services are very good. We had a pleasant stay in the hotel.

I was so happy with my stay. The staff was courteous and sweet in assisting me throughout. I especially loved the room as if was spacious and it was well in my budget! Since it's located in Fort Kochi itself you can walk to almost all places. I was traveling solo but I didn't face any problem with food or people. Everybody was friendly in the hotel and I even played a local game with one of their member which was so memorable. Actually meeting friendly and warm people in new places is always the highlight of my traveling experiences! And this place exceeded my expectations.

It's a great place to stay.... The staff were friendly caring and pleasant, starting from the reception. The meals are very good and delicious... The room's condition is also excellent. Well maintained hospitality. I highly recommend the hotel for locals and foreigners.

I would definitely recommend this hotel. The owners of the hotel are really friendly,they have a very nice hospitality towards their customers and are able to accomodate every requests to serve their customers. The place is also located in the midst of Fort Cochi so a very good connectivity around the place.

Worst place to stay. They AC of the rooms don't cool. The beds were broken. Rooms were smelly and untidy. The bathrooms were shabby. They don't have geysers or hot water preservation. Lousy bar attached to the rooms which makes the stays uncomfortable. Only the reception area looks good. The location is very near to the beach and ferry ghat and everything. Otherwise it's a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend anyone to be there.

Inside room queen bed is not there which they acclaim available on sites , mattress is very bad which gives you back pain, dust bin is not available. Rude receptionist not at all friendly . Best part is their food we tried aloo paratha and chicken tikka excellent. And when you try Shisha don't go for their Babylon it's too hard and gives you toxic headache.

Experienced wonderful stay in the Bright heritage hotel situated in the prime and pristine location of fort Kochi... Staff is very professional and help out the way to ensure comfort.... Must visit to the hotel in the fort kochi..
