Hotel Brahma Horizon - Hotel in Pushkar - Ajmer, India

Warning: Bring earplugs because the single old airco machine on the roof makes the noise of an airplaine or construction site in the middle of the night! The suction in the bathroom is not working and windows cannot open, so very high humit moisturized rooms. But the rooms and bed linen are very clean and the breakfast is very good!

Hotel was clean comfortable and in good location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

The massages at this hotel are unprofessional and weird. The people are not real masseuses, and there are no massage tables. They front desk staff literally sent people upstairs to massage us on our hotel bed, and during the massage I ended up being instructed to sit up in a chair in the middle of the room with my bare chest out, in front of a male "masseuse". I booked a thirty minute deep tissue massage, and my "masseuse" spent the entire time just rubbing oil on me extremely fast (Not deep tissue at all). I asked her five times if she could please slow down and rub deeper, as in a deep tissue massage. She did not listen. Then she said I was going to be sitting up for the neck and shoulders portion of the massage. So she sat me up in a chair with my bare chest out, in front of the male "masseuse" that was massaging my husband. After a few glances from him, my husband and I were extremely uncomfortable. We decided to pack up and go to a different hotel, and the front desk staff was very argumentative. They just said over and over that they "outsource the massages" and took no responsibility. Very sad and uncomfortable experience.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a hotel that left a positive impression on me. The overall experience was enjoyable, and there were several aspects that stood out. One of the highlights was the fantastic pool area. The pool was well-maintained, and the water was crystal clear. It provided a great spot to unwind and relax after a day of exploring the area. The cleanliness of the entire hotel was also commendable. From the lobby to the rooms, everything was well-kept, creating a welcoming atmosphere throughout. Hygiene was given utmost importance, and I felt reassured by the hotel's efforts to maintain a clean and safe environment, especially during these times. The staff was cooperative and attentive to guests' needs, which added to the overall positive experience. They were helpful in providing information about local attractions and arranging transportation when needed. However, there was one downside to my stay - the narrow road leading to the hotel. Due to an event in the vicinity, there were barricades set up that caused some inconvenience. The traffic in the area was slow-moving, and it took longer to reach the hotel than expected. Nonetheless, the hotel's management had little control over this situation, and they did their best to assist guests in navigating through the temporary inconvenience. Despite the narrow road issue, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The pool, cleanliness, hygiene measures, and the helpful staff made it a memorable experience. I would recommend this hotel to others, with the only caveat being to check for any ongoing events that might affect accessibility. Overall, it was a great stay and left me with positive memories of my trip.

Although located slightly outside of the center it is still a walking distance or a short ricksha ride. The hotel is well maintained, very clean and up scaled. Probably the best Pushkar can offer. We loved the ability to jump from the great simple atmosphere of the town to a more modern place to relax. Highly recommended for the more spoiled among us.

Do not stay at this hotel. Very thin walls. Noisy hotel, with many rooms for each floor, which guarantees someone will make noise. Would not recommend, staff was friendly, but you will not be able to rest. The rooms are pretty and clean, but no sound-proofing at all. You must wait for the whole floor (almost 20 rooms) to go to sleep to have silence. Breakfast was not so good either.

Really enjoyed our stay at Brahma Horizon. Since the very first moment, we felt truly comfortable after a long journey. Rinkesh, the receptionist, did make a difference for us. Really grateful for his flexibility at check-in and check-out, as well as the tips and help with arranging transportation. Would definitely repeat!

Visited here for the first time with family and the experience I had really phenomenal. The food so good and worth every Penny spent here the staff was super friendly and helpful. Our server Mr. Suraj made sure to give us the best service and made us feel very welcoming. Surely a must try place .
