WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The owner thinks he owns the world. Says - 'Call the cops. Get out of my hotel if you don't have hot water in your tap'. This after we have made full payment and at 10pm in the night. I was there for a ayurvedic treatment with my senior citizen mother. Hotel staff is absolutely incompetent too.
Bad experience with bed bugs also! Hotel is bad. Staff is bad and doesn't know how to treat customer. Hotel has bad service, no restaurant and bed bugs. Rooms are damp all time and only location is decent. Nothing else good
Good and highgenic bathroom and room. At a decent price along with GST. It is easy to go the Trivandrum central railway station, bus stand are only 1 km and both domestic and international airports are only 2 km from this location.
before reach the hotel, please make a call to them and confirm the room. Because they don't have a generator. last time when i visit them they are canceled my booking for electrical issues without any indication.
Try to book offline. They will allow you to check in after getting full amount from Goibibo or Make my trip. We need to personally follow up with Goibibo or Make mytrip to transfer the money to hotel account.
Staff was friendly and provide great service,room they provide were great, their mentain proper hygiene and and parking was also available.i total recommended this place

I have been here for the last two days, a very good ambience, a place to go anywhere in Thiruvananthapuram city. like railway station, airport and highway. Good rooms and good attitude and cooperation from the staff. I liked very much.
The rooms were spacious and very clean. It was equipped with AC, table, Chairs and working station. It is 10 min walk to the historic temple and other local attractions.
