Hotel BR Grand with Nimo Night Club - Hotel in Amritsar - Amritsar, India

Had a great stay with family in the month of May. We had 4 rooms and one of the rooms was upgraded to the next category. None of the rooms have balcony. The second room on floor 1 is their premium room and I got that . The staff right from front office to housekeeping to reception all of them are really warm and do the best they can to make your stay comfortable. The buffer breakfast spread was lovely. Hotel location is great, right on Majitha road. Now some areas where the management can work to earn those 2 deducted stars: The hotel has no outside food policy,which is ok! But after the guest has ordered outside food and has received, the hotel has the audacity to ask the guest to dispose that food right in front of them but not consume it. And the reason given was super duper lame. The qty of towels both hand and bathing given in the room were unplanned. The food price and portion just don't match, which is discouraging. No recreation activity for kids except swimming pool. Think of adding some indoor board games for the guests.

Nice stay, nic staff, nicely managed, only thing was no buffet system in morning, nor in the evening, my advice to BR grand management Bathroom needs to cleaned everyday, coz the corners in the bathroom are messy, rest staff corporation was good when asked for some thing or the other..

The hotel is quite tidy and the rooms are best to stay with the family and the friends. Besides the facilities provided are up to mark. The location is easily accessible. The best part is you can enjoy your time peacefully in the hotel itself with the availability of swimming pool and restaurant. Everyone must visit the hotel while visiting Amritsar.

Our stay at the hotel was very good. Service was nice and quick. The food service to the room was ultra fast. Staff was well behaved and polite. Car parking was available.

A best choice if you are looking for a comfortable stay at Amritsar. Rooms are clean and spacious. Food quality is good. The only thing is service which needs to be improved

1. No locker in room 2. Room provided was not as shown in the images 3. Manager behaving like a goon, also poking people every now and then 4. Guard always asking for service money 5. Room card software not working 6. Swimming pool was dirty, anyways it was like a fishing pond 7. No discount on beverages, although mentioned in app 8. AC not working, power cut multiple times 9. Toiletries provided when asked Not a 4 star hotel

Spacious rooms and very well maintained service and staff is good . Food is also too awsm and the bar ambiance is good Surely recomend to stay at the br grand hotel.

Good place to stay with your friends and family, food is great as well as the quality of customer satisfaction. Truly Such a good experience
