This is a 4 star hotel approx 8 km away from Alleppey boat ride. We stayed here for one night. Room and room service was awesome. The room and washroom are quite clean. The hotel staff is also very friendly.
We booked a room with breakfast but got disappointed with the breakfast menu and provided food. The food gets cold and not as expected with a 4 star hotel.
We ordered dinner as well. But it was also not good although the rates were reasonable.
Overall it's a decent hotel.I would recommend that the hotel should also work on the quality and taste of the food served to customers.
We were 13 people from different places of Gujarat, the staff was cooperative enough. We had 4 people with Jain Food requirement, they tried best to provide.

Worst food for non Kerala people.
It's a zero star category place, highly noisy, can't sleep even when tired.
Very reasonable price and beautifully maintained interior halls, best fit for conducting function like Marriage, receptions, events, parties. We held a birthday celebration of my cousin brothers son turned out 1 on 2 nd June 2023. Their service was plentiful of dishes which was very tasty l, soups and dishes were so good. We opted a hall with 60-100 seats in the first floor
Nice hotel. Amazing rooms but they need to improve on food quality and restaurant service.
Breakfast options are sooo limited and taste so bland. The rooms are not maintained well. Curtains are worn out. A/C not working properly. Overall bad experience.
Nice rooms. Staff was good and check in was a breeze. Early check-in was allowed without any extra charges.
Cons - The kitchen and service sucked big time. A simple request of cold mineral water was not taken care of.
