Hot water served and the staff is polite and attends to us within 2 minutes after we go through the MENU. Food is served within 20mins. However it's a boring place to go for young crowd and children. Highly recommended hotel. Very clean and neat rooms and very spacious as well.There is a veg restaurant in the ground floor and we had breakfast which was complimentary. It was a buffet breakfast and there were lots of options in tiffin items. overall satisfied with the room, service and complimentary breakfast.
Bms restraunt now a days getting worst in customer service, when hotel is having more customers staffs not at all entertaining the new customers coming. One staff can coordinate & make new customers wait a bit make arrangement after old one exits. I & my company are having great regards towards ballal group for decades so I wanted to highlight this point to top management. This restraunt was top in hospitality when it was started. But now since some months it is declining.
The hotel was amazing ,but had some flaws when we ordered room service it never came. the bed had some stains and tears .the bathroom door was difficult to close. Room was big but window was stained.There was lot of noise so bad sleep. the food was delicious

Sharing my experience : Pathetic room service - You ask anything they will bring after one hour that too you have to remind the receptionist again. Room service people are very busy I believe i never come across such a room service experiences. If you want to stay for official work please avoid as they do not have laundry services and the iron board which they have brought is broken and they do not have anything other than that. I stayed for 3 days and no one is bothered to even ask or check for change of bedsheets or towels and they call it as a 3 star hotel. Hotel mangement has to take some action on few lazy people working there or else it will be like one more local lodge. I would never stay in this lodge again and even never refer to anyone.
The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Food at the cafe was also good. However, the service was not on time and missed our orders. Note: The windows in the rooms were extremely large and at that height (7th floor) they'd be a major risk.
