Dined at the restaurant, and the experience fell in the middle ground. The ambiance was comfortable, but the menu lacked the excitement expected for a memorable meal. I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Grand BMD, and I can't praise it enough. The staff's politeness, their problem-solving abilities, and the overall level of service were outstanding. From check-in to dining and every interaction in between, the experience was impeccable. The Grand BMD is a true gem in the world of hospitality. If you seek a top-tier experience, look no further.
Good ambience, long waiting time, during rush, very spicy food, could improve a lot on terms of food and waiting area and dine tables.

Very pathetic way of talking to female Customers. Not at all a safe place for kids and family. Staff (Mr. Vishnu singh) misbehaved and talked very rudely with my sisters and her kids. It was a harassment .
I dint stay over here so I can't comment on the rooms. I had a lunch over there once. I did find the ambiance okay kind of..there was nothing exceptional to that. Furthermore to it, the good taste and quality is also fair enough. Not something kind of, you would regret to miss.
So, you may have your appetizers over here but I don't think it as a must have.
