The hotel location is good, it's just 50m for gate 4 and 100m to main gate. The rooms are very good, it's worth staying, hot water was available 24/7, room service was good. There was no problem, also their suggestion for food in one more building MGM has great food, amazing service too. Overall it was great stay and had very good darshanam.
Pleasant hotel to stay, before booking the room, the staff even showed us three rooms and it was quite good. I got to choose from the three rooms and we found a perfect room for ourselves and my family. friendly staff and receptionist. Rooms are very neat and clean well equipped room especially bathroom facilities.
The hotel itself is situated just 2 min walking from Kalahasti temples. So location is a plus. Service from Mr Ravi is impeccable - he provides a solution to any issues you have - friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Overall a happy and satisfied stay.
Great location very near to temple walk able and great staff. Early morning you can hear divine chants from temple, helpful receptionist, lovely and great first impression of hotel. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service.kids friendly Room itself was well equipped and comfortable, Bathrooms are also very clean. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.
Very friendly natured staff. Neat and clean rooms with all amenities. 24hr hot water. Beautiful rooms with wooden flooring. Value for money. We were unable to get a cab during checkout but Mr. Ravi the hotel staff has helped us immediately and resolved our issue. Would recommend to my friends and family if visiting kalahasti. Honestly, the rooms are good in fact very good.. but my major concern is staffs. Room services guys are not trained well and making uncomfortable. They knocked the door to deliver coffee but without permission they are almost coming inside room and making us uncomfortable. Also usually we will tip them if services are good but here they are asking tips which is also making discomfort. I really wish the owner of the hotel to train the employee... they are good but basic training has to be given. Receptionist is fine.
I have stayed in this hotel for 2 nights. The experience has been great. The service, facilities, ambience everything is simply awesome. I just loved everything. If they have a restaurant also that would be great. The only thing is that you have either book it online or make a phone call booking(before 2 days). You might not get a room if you visit directly.

Nice hotel for family and as well as business stay, rooms are spacious, washrooms need some attentions from the management, however the hotel is good as compare to nearby hotel, it is also near to srikalahasthi temple.
Have to improve food quality and standards. We had a vegetarian meal here. Salt was excess in almost everything. The waiter has kept the plate and went. We can't take extra rice. We have taken pickle from another table.

Must visit site. Best time early hours or evening. Not too many steps but gets tired after darshanam. Fact that 1st prayers done to Kannapa followed by Shiva so going at early hours is better.
