Had a pleasant stay. Spacious room. Excellent house keeping. Prompt and quick response.superb complementary breakfast. Sure will recommend to others for stay. since I don't know about location not able to say anything. May be they can provide space for drivers. Then it becomes a complete stay point.
Overall pleasant stay. Attention to details could have been better but service was usually available when requested. We had lots of minor issues like leaking wash basin, fan remote not working not enough toiletries etc but everything was attended to when requested. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and satisfying and we tried new things but we found ourselves waiting for breakfast . They accommodated at 7.30 when possible. Breakfast area placemats should have been cleaned every day! Location was convenient for travel but far from Tirunelveli centre.
The hotel was excellent. We enjoyed our stay. Kids also had a great time. Recommend for family. Free breakfast is also great. We thank kind supportive manager Mr. Nickson.

The best hotel I've ever been privileged enough to stay at. Gorgeous building, and it only gets more breathtaking when you walk in. High quality rooms and high quality service. I have taken mini suit room for couple. The staff at this property are all great! Especially Ms. Dhana Lakshmi be supportive & given good service. Please consider her for your staff awards.
