I had so many lovely experiences. I have been eating here since beginning in many occasions. I used to take away parcels and economy friendly Pack lunch. This offer is good for a gathering of 30-40 at office for lunch. I genuinely recommend this Hotel.

I recently had the opportunity to stay at Hotel 1 Star, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. One of the most glaring issues with this establishment is its exorbitant prices. Considering the lackluster quality of service and amenities, it is quite baffling to see such high rates. Speaking of service, it was nothing short of disappointing. The staff seemed indifferent and showed little willingness to assist with any queries or concerns. This lack of attentiveness undermined the overall guest experience and left a lot to be desired. Although the hotel claims to provide exceptional service, it failed to deliver on its promise. As for the food, I found it to be quite average. The selection was limited, and the taste was nothing exceptional. It was evident that little effort was put into creating a memorable dining experience for guests, which was quite disappointing. When staying at a hotel, one expects at least decent quality meals to complement their stay, but unfortunately, Hotel 1 Star failed on this front. Furthermore, I was highly disappointed with the condition of the towels and the overall washroom facility. The towels provided were old and worn-out, lacking the freshness one would expect from a hotel. Additionally, the washroom facility was not up to par, with various fixtures appearing outdated and poorly maintained. This neglectful approach towards cleanliness and maintenance left a negative impression on my overall experience. In conclusion, I regretfully cannot recommend Hotel 1 Star due to its high prices, subpar service, average food quality, and inadequate towel and washroom facilities. I would strongly advise travelers to explore other options that offer better value for money and a more enjoyable stay.

Good hotel with nice rooms. Room service is quite good. food served in a restaurant is delicious. swimming pool is also nice. gym is well equipped.

Food ws good service exellent over all good experience

Visited the coffee shop. The ambience is good and the seating is comfortable. This is the only good part. They seem to be under staffed. A simple ginger tea took ages to come. On top of that, instead of sugar sachets we were given mouth fresheners and that spoiled our tea. Well, there are better options available for good tea and a quick snack.
