Hotel Blue Waves - Hotel in Puri - Puri, India

Yes the hotel is nice. Good, clean, well maintained, airy, spacious and comfy. The bathroom was clean too. Food quality is awsome though the price rate is too much high. Got a classic double bed room at 737 from mmt!! The lightings and all are good enough. If you want to stay a little distant from the crowd and chaos own can choose to stay in this hotel as this is a little distant from the main beach of puri but close to lighthouse as well as the mohana. Overall 5 star for this. Uploaded some photos though it was messy enough as it was clicked before our check out so

Wifi available but only ground floor... Rooms are quite good...... it's not a sea facing hotel.... Ac rooms are available in this hotel.....

Hotel is good, staff and owner extremely cooperative. Owner Mr. Arora took personal initiative in ensuring that guests are comfortable. Located about 200 meters away from the beach in new marine drive. Rooms are quite big, bathroom is big and clean, bed is very comfortable. No balcony and no sea view rooms. However, the hotel does not have dining hall yet. Food is provided in the rooms. Quality of cutlery needs much improvement, using cracked melamine plates and cracked cups didn't reflect a good image. Hope the hotel will improve on these aspects.

The location of this place is false. On Google it says that the hotel is sea facing but is really far inside the lanes and the roads reaching there are really bad. This is a complete fraud thing they are committing. The hotel rooms are good and no problem for that but the location thing is really messed up

Tv is not working but no issue due to TRAI Rules and hotel staffs behaviour is excellent and the room service boy's behaviour is good but yesterday night i face some issues. when i was check-in the room i face bedsheets and pillows are not clean and some hairs are falled on the bedsheets after that i was talked with the hotel owner/manager and he is solved my problem in very quickly i appreciate for that and i feel it is good for stay but i feel it would be better if they didn't repeat this kind of things again with others ......

My experience was different then other. As I was driving, I couldn't finalized my hotel booking and I just called manager that I might come today or tomorrow and he accepted it over the call without any advance amount. Staff is very nice, although I did midnight check, they offered warm welcome. Yes, hotel is new initiative and they are also learning by asking customer's feedback. But I feel that's the way for improvement. Hotel is bit off the beach, but may 4-5 minutes drive.

This place is not good at all. There is no proper road and far from centre. The worst part is the manager - Sanjay Aurora, as he does not understand anything about customer satisfaction and always looks for opportunities to steal from customer's pocket. He misbaheved with us even after providing 1 non AC substandard room instead of our booked ac room through ac room. While other two co-owners were behaving well and acknowledging our pains, Mr Aurora was always looking for opportunities to squeeze us. He even dared to offer us free breakfast during lunch time. The only good thing is their support staff Bulu who provided excellent service. The non AC room that they gave us instead of ac room did not have wardrobe and water heater and they was shameless about that. Net net they have an unfinished hotel which they wanted to utilise during peak season with rough behaviour. They don't have lift hence not good for senior citizens. This place is not recommended when you have Sanjay Aurora at helm.

The host was warm and welcoming, the hotel is not too far from the beach, the rooms were pretty clean, neat and spacious. No regrets shifting to this oyo. Food issue okayish. Rest was good.
