Hotel Blue Waves - Hotel in Puri - Puri, India

Only rooms are good... Service was very bad and staff on the counter are not very responsive. Don't book any cab from the hotel, they are looters. I suggest go outside the hotel and than book for cab. Be careful while eating in this hotel...test is good but not hygienic. Please be clear about your staying persons.... If you ask for extra bed after full payment.... They will charge you.... So be careful with the deal.

The hotel service was not good. Food was very bad. I had ordered Puri sabji the Puri was too oily and too big. Sabji was also very disgusting. So at night we just asked them for two plates but they just refused to provide us. Just because we didn't order food and only ordered for plates. How rude is this. What kind of behaviour is this. The room was not up to the mark. In 3000 they could have provided a mini fridge. The swimming pool was not cleaned, we even asked them to clean it but they didn't . In 3000 there are many other hotels in Puri who provide central AC, mini fridge and many more things. The location was good. The sea beach is very close to the hotel . But the rooms are not exactly sea facing and still they charge for sea facing rooms.

Care taker called Shankar is extremely rude and unresponsive. Please don't come here. The rooms are extremely dirty and nobody is bothered. There is no sense of customer service. Please don't come here to this hotel. Extremely filthy place

Some of the rooms are not well maintained... Means water pipes are not proper and no handwash is available.. so I reduced 2* otherwise all the things are quite good. Well behaved staffs . Food is also very good.

We were staying in room no.302. The hotel room was very neat and tidy and the staff was also very helpful and well behaved. Strangely there was only one chair in the double beded room, no sofa or anything else to seat apart from the bed. No Electric kettle was there, which is very unusual in todays date. They should also provide Iron if the border needs. The shower in the bathroom was not working properly so we had to use bucket and mug for bathing. They should check all these things properly. The Best thing in BLUE WAVE hotel was the Food, it was Absolutely Amazing and the price was Worth it. Their Restaurant is neat and clean and well maintained.

I tour to puri with family stay three night per night charged 3300/-Rs plus Gst in hotel blue wave room no-208 2nd floor but hotel blue wave very cheater and fully bargaing reception counter by manager . I booked to personal car by hotel tour chilka lake but dropped wrong boating spot and take boat cost 5050/-Rs I request to all tourist not booked blue wave hotal because room very dirty and staff not coprate to guest food very costly and stolen many things my room .

At first they are asking much more prices to new customers for the room. If you bargain then it's good for you else they are the most happiest person. Ex- They ask for 5500Rs but they can give you room in around 3k. The location was good but for room services you need to call them multiple of times.
