Had a harrowing experience. Located in a narrow street, extremely cramped rooms, fans have no speed, a/cs don't function properly, taps suddenly go dry, some rooms don't even have English toilets.
I am writing to inform you of my recent experience at a hotel which I believe to be unworthy of your consideration. In my opinion, this establishment is nothing more than a pathetic excuse for a hotel, with a staff of cheats and illiterates who are not to be trusted. During my stay, I was shocked to discover that the staff at this hotel were engaging in dishonest practices, and I can only assume that this behavior is commonplace for them. It is my sincere belief that this hotel is not a safe or trustworthy place to stay, and I strongly advise that you save your money and look elsewhere for accommodations. In my opinion, the staff at this hotel are not only uneducated and illiterate, but they are also lacking in basic moral principles. I would caution anyone against doing business with this establishment, as I have no doubt that you will be disappointed with the results. In conclusion, I hope that this message serves as a warning to anyone considering staying at this hotel. Please take my advice and seek out a more reputable establishment that you can trust to provide you with the service and experience that you deserve.
No parking is there please don't book the hotel. Breakfast they won't give till 9 am and till the time they gave you are llate by 1 hour They always write in the review that the person is drunk. Please look at all the reviews and then book.
Worst experience ever. The air conditioner is not working and after complaining so many times, the receptionist is asking to manage with this only. I will never ever recommend this to anyone.

We booked initially for 2 days as it was closer to Varanashi train station (Varanashi Junction station only. Varanashi City station is far) and wanted to stay in a hotel closer to Kashi Viswanath temple for remaining 3 days. But, after staying initial 2 days, we changed our mind and extended our booking for 3 more days in Blue Star Hotel. 1. Hotel rooms are very neat and clean with sufficient space. Found lot better than most of the other hotels. 2. Staff were polite and helpful. They gave us a bigger room than we originally booked as the room was unavailable due to repair work. However, we got our original room on 3rd day. 3. They tried their best to arrange all ground floor rooms as ground floor rooms are in high demand. Really greatful to the manager for accommodating all of us in ground floor rooms. 4. They also helped us to get a good driver for local tour and temple visit. The driver was trustworthy and helpful. Food quality could have been improved. However, you'll find lot of suitable restaurants nearby. Overall it was a pleasant and memorable experience for our family of 5 members.
