One is the worst experience that i ever had. The owner of the hotel was too rude and did not have minimum commonsense on how to speak with a customer. I was so polite while asking for a discount, this guy was so rude shouting at me even though my tone was so low. The staff doesn't have minimum etiquette on how to deal with the customers. They were so rude, i was just inquiring about anything possible for some discount as we didn't use AC for the whole night. We know it's not possible but we just checked for our options. Please don't opt for this hotel stay. They really need to learn how to handle (Speak) customers.
Location is good near to temple, but hotel rooms and services are not good.
It's ok as neer to the Rameswaram temple. I gave 2500 per room for 1 room having 3 bed,which is little costly.But you will get room for Rs/- 1700/1800 walking distance from the temple. And Auto or Car couldn't reach there you will have to walk , which neer by and many hotels and lodge are there. If you are odd'iaa there you will find Rameswaram Hotel(also written in odd'iaa) only for good food. And many other hotels are there like Punjabi,gujurati,.... From there will get Auto to local Bus for Madurai at Rs/- 100/150 max.
O marks for service and especially for the manager.. manager is a big fraud.. he is taking online bookings and not giving the rooms, moreover when asked for money refund, he didn't respond
Do not west your money to book this hotel room quality not good very suffocated. Staf behavior is very bad they have no manner to talk even though it is not safe for female. Over all experience is very bad in term of room room, service and their hospitality. There room is highly packed no ventilation, smelling, dirty bed sheet, do not provide water and do not help in bringing lague during check in check out. Strongly recommend do not book this hotel me and my family suffer a lot.

Rooms and bathrooms were very very neat and clean. Bedsheets were spotless like new. The only thing that bothered us was that the rooms were somewhat smaller than expected. Everything else was great. Very polite staff. Hot water available all day. Gr
