I was absolutely delighted with my stay at this hotel. The amenities and services provided were exceptional. The staff was incredibly courteous and attentive. The food was delicious, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable. I would rate this hotel with 5 stars without hesitation, and I will definitely consider staying here again in the future.
Terrible reception staff. I kept enquiring about rooms. They told me to transfer the money and then no follow up from a guy named Ravi. The other guys kept asking me my booking dates and itinerary instead of passing the information amongst each other. Pity! The hotel seemed nice but couldn't get to confirming the booking due to staff mismanagement.
The room rates is much higher then excepted , they will charge you very high but rooms are having smell seepage and the shower door in bathroom seems like it was not cleaned from ages. Please I suggest you guys to choose some other property but not this put this property at a last option.The reality is totally different please do not visit the hotel after seeing the online pictures. It feels like they are fooling their guest.
Rooms, service, lounge etc all top class. Front side is bit congested. Only one or two cars could stand there. Parking at the basement. Only problem faced is the issue or price. Online prices shown are much lower than walk in price. When pointed out this, the Receptions said that since walking check in has been made only higher price be charged. Charged 3500/- per night against online price of Rs.2775/-
Overall, I had a great experience with the @Hotel Blue Saphire countryside staff was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great. The room was wonderful, clean ,and restaurant staff @Gaurav ,@Naveen,@Vinod @Rahul ,@dheeraj. The food is very yummy .
Nice hotel...little improvement needs in house keeping. Rest it is a nice property to stay for business people.
The rooms were fine but the room service could not speak very well, the staff behavior was good.
Only branded chain hotel in haldwani city. So it good hotel to try if you want play safe & don't want to experiment.
