I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff's friendly and accommodating behavior truly made me feel at home. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire facility was impeccable. The excellent service I received throughout my stay was top-notch. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience. Great behaviour and services by hotel staff.
We stayed at Hotel Blue Pine for three nights, and I found the staff's service and behavior to be very good. The only downside was that it was a bit noisy, and the corridors were not very spacious. You could hear the sound of the television from one room to another. The hotel does have a restaurant, but the menu options are limited. Fortunately, there are other restaurants nearby where you can find tasty food to satisfy your cravings. Overall, Hotel Blue Pine is an average and affordable hotel with a friendly atmosphere.
Rooms with no window is a bit depressing. Affordable rooms. Small toilet. Shower and toilet is separated which is a good thing. Does not provide soap, toothpaste. Well functioning water geyser available. Overall, somewhat satisfactory.
Worst service,not recommended very very bad experience.... everything is not working Tv fans after 12 AM...... only mosquitos are available
Friedly behavior...good service, nice location, good interior; only short coming is no window/opening in room...and have some sound leakage issue. However, recommended as a budget family friedly hotel.
Hotel Blue Pine in Shillong is a great place to stay. The location is great and staff were courteous and helpful. The rooms were clean and well maintained. All in all, Hotel Blue Pine is an excellent choice for a stay in Shillong.
I , with my family , stayed here for 2 nights and 3 days and the experience was worst from entrance to bathroom which has damaged tiles , has no place to tuck the clothes . The size of the room , beding , interior of the room was very poor . We haven't even thought that for Rs. 2500 , we will get this type of poor room , it was really unexpected . The room we took should be of Maximum of Rs.1000 . We were forced to stay here because we didn't find any other hotels in police bazaar , as all rooms were booked . Fooding - We haven't ordered dinner nor lunch because of the condition of the breakfast provided We have ordered breakfast which was not too good . There was no milk in the milk tea . Room service - For Rs. 2500 , facilities like windows , hand wash , soap , shampoo , adjust fan in the bathroom , room fan , was totally not present there . The pillow provided was very hard , the bedsheet was not clean/very dirty . The condition of the room was like , it was very dirty , and, yes, there were lot of spider webs , ants on the bed and mosquitoes all around , including ants and mosquitoes in the bathroom too. Room service was not really good as spider webs were still present after cleaning the room . The side table and the centre table was full of dust . The smell of the room was very , very stinky . We didn't click photos of the room , sorry for that and I am sorry to Hotel blue pine but the above mentioned things are true . Thank you , Regards

Had a very pleasant stay. The cottage is very well maintained and furnished. Rooms were neat and clean. The owner of the property,Mr Darell is very soft spoken and helpful. Overall the stay was very cozy. Highly recommended.
We had a lovely stay at this property. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was top notch. Indian, khasi food and continental. Did not use the pool. But was looked very nice. Had great drinks and dinner at poolside bar.

You will actually feel like you are staying at home. I have visited Mawlynnong 3 times and every time I stayed in this homestay. Superb neat and clean place with decent basic eating options nearby.
