Hotel Blue Nile - Hotel in Kannur - Kannur, India

Pros: Rooms are good, location is quite neat to railway station, a small park for kids just outside the hotel. Cons Food is very average, bit costly too. Breakfast spread is always short of food. Room service is very bad, I think not enough people are employed. Had to call reception multiple times for everything. Not a single hotel staff is smiling feels very unwelcoming. Swimming pool is just for name, not functioning.

The hotel is of poor quality and the rooms are not well-maintained. There is a strong smell of aerosol throughout the hotel. The door smart keys are slow to respond and it may take several minutes to open your room door. In the evenings, the hotel is filled with drunk people as they have a bar. It may not be a good idea to stay with your family here. The buffet breakfast has a very limited selection, and it appears that the hotel is cutting corners in order to save money.

Convenient location with very good rooms but lacking in quality service especially during breakfast in the restaurant

I wonder how they are rated as 4 star business and leisure hotel. No wifi service the whole day. They informed as full shutdown of service but didn't seem to be solved till our checkout . food was average .only advantage was it is placed in the heart of the city and it's accessible to all required main points Washroom was not up to mark. Overall an average stay !

I don't know how many of them will take this into consideration. My family had recently visited this Hotel Blue Nile Kannur and was very much disappointed with the behaviour of the front desk staff Mr. Sooraj. My sister had provided her number at the front desk for the registration. After the check out Mr. Sooraj had taken my sisters number from the register and started texting her without any reason. We had warned him. But I wanted you guys to know this. Please be aware of this. Apart from this the stay was good.

The rooms are simply superb. The spaciousness and service blew me away. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay.

Hotel is excellent by all means. Location, facilities, food, staff behaviour, cleanliness, everything is fine. What we needed as family was easily available in the Hotel. Sea beach is quite near to the Hotel. Staff behaviour is very cooperative.

Stayed at the Blue Nile hotel in Kannur and the location is right in the heart of the town with the railway station close to the hotel around 1km away. Al the hotel is just 2.5km away from bus station and the hotel will arrange a taxi at a very affordable price. The rooms are very clean and well maintained but the size was small also its good enough for 1 or two days stay. The restaurant at the hotel serves good food. The staff both at the front office and also the house keeping were all very helpful. Overall it was a good experience!
