Worst hotel..shower doesn't work nor toilet flush..no lift..had to climb 2 staircases to reach 2nd floor with luggage. Poor customer service..The male receptionist at daytime demands extra money citing external booking sites like agoda etc. So Beware!! The night receptionist Ramu is the only friendliest person who went above and beyond to address our needs.

One of the waste hotels in Warangal. I have the worst experience here. I booked a room from Agoda and the room was confirmed. When I reached the hotel they were saying no rooms were available. They are reserving the rooms for the ones who are paying more offline. No respect towards customers. If you book this hotel online you will come across the same situation. Highly recommended don't book this hotel. Waste of time and money.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL OR ELSE YOU WILL REGRET Worst Booking Experience ever in my 5 years of traveling, These guys are charging 600Rs. extra on Online booking and matching the price with there offline price The manager is the main person behind this kind of loot. I would not recommend any of my colleagues or friends about this hotel Better to book any lodge opposite the bus stand instead of booking this No proper response for the calls and not even providing any invoice for there charges I will file a complaint in consumer court against these cheat persons.

Avoid this place. The rooms are unclean, washroom even more so and the staff has no clue what's going around. They put on booking websites that they would provide breakfast and then blatantly refuse to do so. And on top of all this, they charge you for water, can you imagine!

Basic amenities are NOT there. There is not even a mirror in washroom. Bedspread, blanket and pillow cover was filthy and we had to replace it. (They should have replaced it before the guest arrives.) Only 01 bottle of water given for 02 guests. Only one towel provided for 02 guests. No iron box available at the hotel. Couldn't get laundry from outside since it was a Sunday. No restaurant at hotel so you have to order from outside. Also, they charged more than what they have shown in OYO app. We had booked suite room (02 rooms for 3300 approx )but they gave us only Deluxe room (02 rooms for 3900 approx). Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

There are lot of mosquito's in room, also A.C is not clean and dirty. Bad smell when we try to use it.

I stayed with my family for 1 night. Pics shown in the website are not real and actual room conditions are very different. Rooms are not maintained properly; infested with cockroaches, bugs and mosquitoes due to which we couldn't sleep properly. Also there is not enough parking space and we had to park our car on roadside. The only good thing that happened to us was, they provided extra mattress to sleep. I won't recommend this place to anyone.
