The hotel is located at prime location with connectivity to metro, bus stand and railway station. The room might seem smaller but the cupboards fit in well to keep the belongings. The food is amazing and pocket friendly. You can have a variety of options. The hospitality by staff members was enthralling. They were supportive and provided valuable information related to shopping and places to visit. Overall we had a very good experience

We stayed in this hotel for one night. I would recommend families to not stay here due to lack of safety. The room had a terrible smell, the bedsheets and comforter smelt like open sewerage. The bathroom was unhygienic and we couldn't even stand the look of the bucket they provided us for bathing. Don't go on the images provided online, the hotel is in a pathetic condition. The most shocking thing was that the room prices are listed at an astonishing rate of 1,50,000 on Make My Trip. The hotel is definitely not a 3 star property. Highly disappointed.

We had an absolutely lovely time at steam. The food and ambience is 10/10. The food quantity compliments the portion and we believe this is best place to have a great date night or a family dinner. Compliments to the staff - all staff. They were very hospitable and very welcoming. Also compliments to all the chefs ( vijay ) for presenting such great food.all over lovely experience. Proper hygienic room

I paid Rs 6000 for one of the most terrible property in Jaipur. The pictures on MMT are most misleading. I wonder if there are any checks regarding the authenticity of the pictures. Pathetic property, rooms in dilapidated condition, unsafe for families, lift in wrecked condition, bathrooms like those of public conveniences on roadsides, unscrupulous staff. My list can go on. It was a nightmare to stay in this hotel for a night! I wouldn't have paid 1000 for such a place!!

Very bad hotel.. not for family.. unsafe hotel.. unhygienic room. In full body itching started after sleeping on bed.. nobody is their responsible staff.. all looks like bouncers.. very dirty room.. we are getting fear in room because the staffs looking like in different manner

Good location and front line manager and all service staff are very humble polite and helping. Overall a good experience and food quality very nice. All services for example room service & food service & spa, bar very good and quickly. I like the hotel location and front ambience very near to both bus stand and Railway Station.

Food not upto the mark. Service of food below average. Disco bar attached to hotel so sound audible till 12am. Not so clean. Okay and average to stay in budget.

The entire hotel smells of cigarette smoke including corridors & rooms. After checking in we realised that the hotel is mainly used for party...our room's wooden furniture had burnt marks of cigarette. Although centralised AC is fitted but that's not functioning & the rooms have window AC whose cooling is very slow. Bathroom fittings are old & rusted. The linens are smelly. Complimentary breakfast is served in the rooms & has a limited menu. We got stuck in the lift twice & have to take the stairs as the lift doesn't stop on the 1st floor. Limited free bottled water is available per day. Overall experience was bad.
