Good hotel. The rooms where very spacious and big. But the maintainence is not very upto the mark. The handle lock for bathroom door was broken in one of our rooms. So the bathroom door had to be left open throughout the night too. Thankfully the manual lock present from inside, so were atleast able to use it

Never pay money online we lost all our money due to the fraud number and the hotel doesent even feel concerned they are chill and tell that your not the first guys to loose money,loke what is this scam huh?so better avoid calling this number and Never go here it is better to avoid rather than going here it is worst hotel ive ever experience in my life and I usually travel a lot but as a telugu guy never expected to see a hotel this bad in our telugu states and rooms are toomuch overpriced and the room service is literally nill they dont even respond to any thing we request Lets come to the food. The food was the worst I've had till now lets see is there anything I could say positive about is the place they give to put our luggage if you plan for an early morning trip and checkin at night be prepared to see yourself and bag to be covered in spiderwebs

Maintenance is pathetic and the food quality is worst. You can see bugs in the food. Attaching a pic for reference. Flies are there on the tables and it's totally frustrating. Do not visit this place any time.

Can I give minus to this hotel? I am a frequent traveller. And this hotel experience is the worst. The only thing that matches the tariff is their lobby. The infrastructure is beautiful and spacious. But the maintenance is worst. Leaking taps and flush doesn't work. The room service takes a minimum of four hours.

Have been to a wedding in the hotel. The hotel and the facilities were okay. However the food was the worst I have ever eaten anywhere at a wedding. The hosts paid a lot but the hotel catering messed it up. The plates had curry And oils sticking on the back. They didn't even clean used plates properly. The food was very very spicy and tasted bad. The didn't have enough food. Very disappointed with the food and the unhygienic service.

House keeping is very bad in this hotel. There is no maintenance. Flushes don't work, sofa covers are very dirty, curtains are not washed or changed. Most of the electrical points don't work. Food is good here.

Rooms are very specious, location also good near to bustop, Price is little high not only this one in Srikakulam every hotels same situation, at that price we get 3 start hotels like banglore Vizag Hyderabad. but Room maintenance is not up to mark bedsheets and pillows are worst, Inside restaurant food was below average. management was very very worst, my room key was damaged, already it's a duplicate key at the time of unlock key was broken, they demand extra money for whole lock kit , outside market Maxx for 100 or 200 rs we can make duplicate key, but they charged us for total lock set, previous key also they make out side it's duplicate one I observed scratches on key .

DO NOT PAY MONEY ONLINE before visiting the hotel. DO NOT BOOK online via phone. It's a fraud contact number. I lost my full amount when I paid online. I'd Never recommend this.
