The hotel was good but the TV was not working properly and telephone was also not working properly

Pros:
1.Nice Place with basic amenities
2.Mostly Clean
3.Complimentary Breakfast (but fixed & limited items and no buffet system)
4.24 Hours Hot/Cold Water available in Bathroom
Cons:
1.Drinking water isn't free (atleast 2 bottles a day should be complimentary)
2.Staff is very casual
3.Basic cleaning of rooms wasn't done after the previous guest left(a packet of tobacco was found along with old bills of previous guest)
4.We stayed in Room 103 and the door hachet was broken and congested.
Room, bedsheet & pillows were so dirty & smelly. Rude staff, they dont listen, they just keep playing their music in high volume at reception. No parking, no wifi available. Tv was good for nothing, it had no channels at all. I'll suggest owner to change their present staff they are good for nothing.
Good for stay long and short period. Kitchen is not available but nearby very good eating point like Badkul, indian coffee house, kesarwani etc

I have very poor experience for this hotel.
Beddings are in teared condition, tv acts like show piece not a single channel work, no wifi as claimed, no parking place customer may park their vehicle on road without any safety, no hot water available, they play full volume music at reception even in late night around 1-2 AM and no person available at counter to complaint.
Worst service and lier staff. I would never visit this hotel again. Very untidy and casual approach by staff. Even you need to pic your luggage yrself.. They promised me a suit room as per my last booking through OYo but when reached there they did not provide the same room and asked more money. Overall i must say never never book this hotel
Hotel staff has no manner. They play loud music in midnight. They don't take your complain seriously. Please look for another hotel if you want a nice stay.

This hotel is good. Manager is very polite and didn't ask unusual question. Rooms are clean and all thins are working AC , TV lights fans. I had a nice stay there so I'll suggest it is very good there to stay.

Staff is friendly Dr was so professional at the same time friendly. Everything was cost effective no extra charges has been asked. Also my health is not very better then before. Treatment was so convincing.
