I'd say it's a 3 out of 5 for me. The reason being, you've got this tiny birdcage with about six birds crammed in there. So, you might want to think about either setting those little guys free, which would be awesome, or getting a bigger cage for them. Just a thought to make their birdy lives a bit better! Make the changes and I'll edit this rating to 5 out of 5. Thanks
Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. I visited here for a birthday celebration but unfortunately, the experience was not as per expected. Service can be more prompt and quick . We ordered some food. That was a nightmare. They tried to cover up with all the jazz story but no one came to table and say sorry about that.
Nice hotel with cozy rooms at affordable price. Rooms are spacious with all amenities like tea coffee maker, toiletries etc. Restaurants and rooms are chic!

Service is very poor, nobody is there to take care of yourself. The entire management is more careful with the bulk booking like marriage and other similar ceremonies and therefore, it has no time to care for room service or the guest. It is, however, a general behaviour of such hotels in the town.
The rooms, bathroom, interior all are very good. Huge parking space. Room service is also good. They also provide pick & drop service. Very luxury room's I had ever experienced! and food is very tasty.

But still there are some crisis...... Wifi service is not accessible from all the rooms. The TV are connected with wifi only. So the rooms such as 104 to 107, 204 to 207 are not getting wifi access and as a result TV is not working. The local people used to book the restaurant for family gathering / functions. So on those days guest are facing problem with the restaurant service. They provide complementary breakfast. But the food items are very limited and not buffet system.
