The hotel was definitely a good experience, considering its service , it definitely deserves 5 stars, but when talking about the food , it was superb, good pricing , great quality. The food had great quantity. keeping the price in mind we were surprised to find such a huge amount of food in 1 plate. The staff was nice and we'll behaved. The hotel has a luxurious feeling to it.
Its my third stay here but this say was pathetic. I stayed here on 17.3.2023 night..there was not much occupancy in the hotel. The staff is very very I'll mannered. Specially the on duty reception boy. There was no arrangement for breakfast. Loud music was being played at 7am in the morning on complaining the reception boy said "toh kya hua sir kardiya Hoga kisine". Highly dissatisfied and sad.
We were there to have lunch. Ordered Veg thali... N trust me... It was pathetic... They offered us burnt breads ... N mix veg was like... Recommended by one of mah colleagues... But I NVR gonna visit this place again...

One of the best option in Bareilly. I have wonderful stay experience for 3 days at Blue Bell. Staff is very supportive, well mannered and professional. Food menu is very attractive with reasonable price and food taste is amazing.
