Rooms are very pathetic. Cockroaches are roaming all over .geyser facility is not available in every room. But they will take money by saying that geyser is available in every room.price is high according to rooms condition. Totally unhygenic and staffs behaviour is very rude. Don't fall for their outside look. Waste of money

This is not a good hotel. There are many problems in this hotel . Room service is very very poor. I suggest to customer that not stay in this hotel.

Cockroaches,ant available.telephone doesn't work only.bed and pillow r worst which makes the spine and body extremely painful . pillow is extremely hard and mattress is extremely soft .did online booking from make my trip app

Worst hotel i have ever stayed in ranchi. The room was so messy with dirty bedsheet. There were blood stains in the blanket. Uncleaned and unhygienic rooms were provided to me. The landline was not working. The hotel management was very bad. The guy first knocked the door then stormed inside the room without permission . Even if other hotels will be full, I will never ever step inside this hotel. The worst experience of my life.

Hotel location is good, cleaniless is good especially bathroom is better than room. Room is ok , didnt liked the bed though(Dusting is required). They didnt provide towels and neither you are allowed to keep the keys with you while going outside of the hotel. So choose the hotel wisely if you are travelling with valuable belongings.

On checkout on 20th October we paid 50% of room rent on pre booking for 22nd October, 2021 for my family for check-in after returning from Netarhat. When we came to check-in on 22nd at 10-30 pm they had cancelled the booking and leaved us at a loss. The guys are so rough and ill behaving. Horrific night we had spent in other hotel. Never think about this hotel. They will cheat you.

Pros: near Ranchi station, good places to eat nearby, all conference venues nearby, can travel to other places as commutation is easy, good, economical rooms Cons: room service may be slow and cleanliness may be and issue

Recently I have visited Ranchi with family members. Unfortunately we were in hotel Bliss regency, because their behavior along with manager(Partha) is very bad. They always try to charge much money without providing good services. Besides the rooms they offer are also very bad condition(small and dirty). Don't go there, I again say don't go there.
