Room was not so good and food was extremely Costly.. The are adding extra 10percent service charges in all chicken items even in water In one word Uper se jhik jhak andar se mukama ghat

Good Hotel to stay at very good price. Location is good. Lift facility available for only to go up. Lift is not available for downward. Food facilities is also available in room. There is window AC in room. Mosquito are there in room

The hotel is overall good. It is at a walkable distance from New Delhi railway station and the price of 1500 is also decent. There were few problems related to plumbing but it was manageable. I would highly recommend this for stay near station at an affordable price.

Not clean, poor room service, very shabby beds, unhygienic toilet/ bathroom and inshort - not value for money. Other than location, nothing in this hotel is good.

The air conditioning system in the hotel is very old and pathetic. Even after complaining to the staff and management about it, no one is bothered to provide any solution or change the room. The hotel itself is very old and thus room condition and quality are not good. DO NOT BOOK ROOM IN THIS HOTEL.

Worst experience....no respect for customers at all , spoke very rudely....if you want yourself to be humiliated...you can visit this place...also the vibe of the room is just very eery...don't fall for the pictures shared online....

Smelly room, bathroom is also dirty. AC is not working however rooms charged with AC. Worst experience to stay here, not value for money. Maximum rooms are smelly with uncleanliness. Strictly not recommended to stay, even for a single night.

The room is nice (for pahargunj standard) but the reception is terrible, not helpful at all and even got confused our payment. They asked us to pay when we checkout, which we have paid everything at the very first day. Plus, with the price we paid, we got a room with broken window and broken ceiling in the bathroom.
