Very bad experience. Had an event there, the food quality is not up to cost what they charged for. The room are also very small and Bedsheets are not clean
We stayed at 3 rd floor of the hotel which looks nothing like the photos the room is old and has cracks everywhere, bedsheets were untidy, bathroom was bad. It had a wide opening in wich a Pegion was breeding eggs and can come inside bathroom easily. There was a egg shell lying on the bathroom floor and they haven't provided a towel or a simple set of toiletries
The food was so delicious
It is the utmost Value For Money Hotel in Dhanbad. While most of the neighbouring hotels will drill a hole in your wallet and charge you a bomb, this hotel has very nominal charges. The staff is super friendly. My friend staying there was sick and they took care of him like family. They even have a kitchen that can get you custom dishes that are not even a part of their menu. Overall, brilliant experience. Thank you Hotel Black Rock, I will always suggest your name to anyone who needs decent lodging at nominal prices.

Hotel is good. Over all good value for money. The only thing I would like to mention is that this hotel is not good for couple or a single guy/girl who came here for meeting friends and clients.
When I booked I clearly said them that few of friends and may be some business clients will come to visit but when one of my lady client visited they clearly not permitted her. She was ready to show her id proof also but they didn't allowed us to meet us. I really felt so bad and it was so insulting what they did. So I would like to suggest everyone who like to book this hotel kindly make sure if they will allow friends/ clients or not! Hotel may be good for family !
